In a presentation to dealers, the company’s president, Alexandre Bassaneze, stated that this investment cycle aims to comprehensively strengthen operations, benefiting not only the Ipiranga Network but the entire customer base served by the company. In this context, the company also aims to increase sales by an additional 7.5 million liters in the Ipiranga Network, supported by a strategy that combines greater price competitiveness, incentive campaigns, team training, and point-of-sale improvements. According to Bassaneze, this initiative follows significant improvements in service levels, with over 50% of orders delivered within 24 hours and 90% within 48 hours.
